The result of the closing stage should be a mutually-beneficial agreement between the prospect and the vendor. We’ve come to the end of our sales journey. The final step: following up. It’s important to continue supporting customers even after they’ve made a purchase. The customer journey doesn’t stop with their initial interaction!
